Lonnie Wilson: Lonnie is entering the real estate field as a part time agent. He grew up in Johnston until entering the Navy, where he served as an Electronics Technician on nuclear submarines. He now lives in Aiken and is also employed at the Savannah River Site as a Computer Systems Engineer. He developed an interest in real estate while purchasing his first investment property in 2003. Since then he has taken courses in real estate and read numerious books concerning real estate.   Lonnie brings to his real estate clients, a sincere desire to assist in their real estate needs. He understands a home is the largest investment most people will make in their lifetime. He is very conscientious and understands your time is valuable. He understands, as a new agent, he still has plenty to learn but is smart enough to know where  to go for the information as needed. He has a special interest in talking to and assisting investors in purchasing single family properties.
